Pricing Models

We typically charge for our services using one of the following models:

  • Hourly Rates: Based on the complexity of the case and the seniority of the barrister.
  • Fixed Fees: For specific, well-defined pieces of work (e.g., drafting a document or advising in writing).
  • Brief Fees & Refreshers: A fixed brief fee for preparation and the first day of a hearing, followed by a daily “refresher” rate for any subsequent days in court.

Please note: All fees quoted below exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Timescales for a case may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Barrister availability
  • The complexity of the case and the volume of documents
  • The need for additional documents or evidence
  • Court waiting times and listing availability
  • Approach taken by the opposing side

Appeals & Judicial Review

  • First-Tier & Upper Tribunal Immigration Appeals: £1,000 – £8,500
  • Judicial Review Proceedings (Immigration): £2,000 – £8,500
  • Family Migration Appeals: £1,000 – £8,500
  • Partner & Spouse Visa Appeals: £1,000 – £1,750
  • Home Office Administrative Reviews: £800 – £4,000

Asylum, Human Rights & Deportation

  • Asylum & Human Rights Claims: £1,200 – £8,500
  • Emergency Injunctions (Deportation & Removal): £1,500 – £12,000
  • Revoking Deportation Orders: £4,000 – £12,000
  • Immigration Bail Hearings: £150 – £4,000

Settlement & Citizenship

  • Long Residence Settlement (10-Year Route): £1,200 – £8,500
  • Complex Long Residence & Discretionary Leave: £1,500 – £12,000
  • ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) Applications: £1,200 – £8,500
  • Naturalisation & Citizenship Applications: £800 – £8,000
  • EUSS (EU Settlement Scheme) Applications: £800 – £4,500
  • UK Passport Applications: £150 – £4,000

Business, Work & Study Visas

  • Sponsored Work Visas (Formerly Tier 2): £2,500 – £40,000
  • Skilled Worker Visas (Including Reviews): £1,200 – £8,500
  • Innovator Founder & Start-up Visas: £3,000 – £40,000
  • High-Value Migrant / Investor Visas: £5,500 – £40,000
  • Global Business Mobility / Intra-Company Transfers: £2,500 – £40,000
  • Representative of an Overseas Business: £1,500 – £6,500
  • International Sportsperson Visas: £2,500 – £8,500
  • Student & Graduate Route Visas: £1,000 – £8,500
  • Initial Entry Clearance Applications: £1,200 – £8,500
  • Standard & Specialist Visitor Visas: £800 – £8,500

Additional Costs: You may also be liable for third-party costs such as Home Office fees, court fees, translation services, or expert medical/country reports.
